Site Visit Procedure:-

1. Set a schedule with the company to visit. (Company with a bad reputation / blacklisted company are most preferred).

2. Contact representative of the company and set the visit date.

3. Request these documents from the company for the purpose of CLAB reference: - (Copy of pay slips, copy of CIDB Green Card, letter of award, photos of workplace / workers’ hostel)

Ask these questions to the company:-

 

• Total number of foreign workers and the citizenship of each foreign workers.

• Workers' salary

• Worker’s performance

• The rate of salary raise (for workers who have been working for two years and above)

• Workers’ hostel / shelter

• Should you have any doubt, the visit will take place at the work site.
